We are the largest locally owned document management center in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are members of NRC, a worldwide consortium of individually owned and managed records centers. Through this association we have access not only to the latest technology but standardized services, centralized billing and volume pricing for your locations across North and Central America, Europe, Asia, Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. We provide high security storage for active and inactive hard copy records, computer media, microfilm and x-rays. Our services including retrieval and delivery of files, pickup of refiles and new records, onsite or at our facility shredding services, and an onsite client workroom complete with copier and fax machine.

Sugar House Archives & Shred is equipped with high density shelving systems designed specifically for document storage. Your documents are stored in fully alarmed building with 24-hour video surveillances. Sugar House Archives & Shred employees have over 150 years experience in the record storage industry. Before being hired, each employee has his or her background checked and is drug tested. All employees must also sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that your records are kept private. Each employee undergoes an extensive training program. This program includes reviewing and understanding all standard operating procedures for their specific job.

Our bonded, full time professional drivers will deliver your hard copy records or media tapes personally and within the time you requested. Order a file or media tape today and we'll deliver it by noon tomorrow. Document Destruction/Shredding Services 
We understand each of our clients requires different shredding services. Whether you need a one-time clean out or a regularly scheduled rotation service, our clients enjoy personalized service that fits their destruction requirements. We will never initiate the destruction process of your documents without first checking each client’s authorization for destruction list. Once your authorization has been approved, our bonded drivers will retrieve your company’s obsolete documents, transport them to our shred truck where they will be destroyed. Sugar House Archives & Shred abides by all of the NAID policies and procedures to safely handle and securely destroy all of your confidential information.  NAID is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.

Recycle
Sugar House Archives & Shred cares about our environment. This concern was one of the primary reasons for establishing a shredding division within the organization. Not only does this division fill an important need to ensure that confidential records are disposed of properly, it also enables us do our part in preserving our environment.  All of our shredded paper is sent to a recycle plant to be made into useful paper products.
